They have finally dropped the charges against the Indigenous People of Biafra and owner of Biafra Radio, Nnamdi Kanu at the Chief Magistrate Court Abuja, the charges was filled by the Department of State Seagent, the Department of State Services (DSS), approached the court to withdraw all charges against the director of the Indigenous People of Biafra and owner of Biafra Radio. The case against Nnamdi Kanu was dropped by the Chief Magistrate Court Abuja . Shuaibu Usman, the magistrate of the Chief Magistrate Court, Wuse Zone 2, Abuja, this morning discharged Kanu and struck out the case filed against him after the Federal government through its e case so that a higher court, which has jurisdiction to entertain charges bordering on terrorism, can take over.
