3 days after declared missing, Skydiving instructor still missing

The unending search for a ski instructor who went missing at a Northern California ski resort has been suspended until morning, following a day disrupted by bad weather.

The Placer County Sheriff's Office says avalanche danger was high Sunday and stormy weather stopped searchers from looking for 23-year-old Carson May by air. On the other hand crews on the ground searched an area that recently had an avalanche and was where May's phone last pinged.

Carson was last seen skiing while off duty on Thursday afternoon at Sugar Bowl Ski Resort near Norden.
Friends reported him missing Friday morning after he didn't make it home and his belongings were discovered in his locker at the ski resort. Authorities said about 50 people will resume the search Monday morning.
